On-line registration

The on-line secure registration site is accessible through this link  (please note that the on-line registration application relies on cookies). You have the choice between several packages:

  • Registering for May 17th only, and attend any of the workshops or tutorials (maximum of two) that day. Registration fees include workshop and tutorial notes, on-site continental breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch,  and a cocktail reception at the end of the day. The fee is 150 $ for full-time students (proof required), and 220 $ for faculty and the general public.
  • Registering for the e-health panel separately (May 19th, PM). Registration is free, but recommended, nonetheless, for us to issue name badges and to manage logistics.
  • Registering for the conference main program (May 18-19), including the keynote speech, research presentations, a maximum of two half-day tutorials, the e-health panel (May 19th, PM), and the conference banquet (May 18th, evening). Registration fees include the conference proceedings, tutorial notes, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and one admission to the conference banquet. Additional banquet tickets may be purchased separately. The fee is 250 $ for full-time students, and 480 $ for faculty and the general public.
  • Registering for both (May 17-19), at a discounted combined rate: 350 $ for full-time students, and 575 $ for faculty and the general public.
